Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls, everyone hopes to see Santa at Christmas time, and at Elsecar Heritage Railway, we make this dream come true.

An annual tradition for many families, we'll welcome aboard friends old and new when this popular event returns for 2018

After leaving Elsecar Station, accompanied by his favourite helpers, Santa makes his way down the train and stops to chat to every child, and provides them with a quality wrapped present for Christmas. They will also receive a juice drink and a biscuit or chocolate.

Adults are not forgotten either during their journey, with a festive tipple from our range of minitures, along with a mince pie .

Dates for the 2018 Season:

8th, 9th, 15th and 16th December have journeys at 1100, 1215, 1330, 1445 and 1600

21st December has journeys at 1330, 1445, 1600 and 1715

22nd and 23rd December have journeys at 1100, 1215, 1330, 1445, 1600 and 1715

Tickets are £14 per rider of all ages.
